What can you do here?
Three calculators cover the date questions people ask most, and each comes with a guide that explains its method in plain language.
How do we keep results accurate?
We test every calculator against the cases where date math usually goes wrong.
Those cases are leap years, months that end on the 28th, 29th, 30th or 31st, spans that cross a daylight saving change, and dates entered in reverse order. The spreadsheet formulas we show are checked in Excel and Google Sheets, and holiday dates follow the rules in federal law and the schedule published by the US Office of Personnel Management. Every page explains the method it uses, so you can check any result by hand.
How is the site funded?
The calculators are free because the site shows ads from Google AdSense.
Ads never sit between a calculator and its answer, and the dates you enter aren't stored or sent to us. Our privacy policy explains how ads and analytics use cookies.
How do we handle corrections?
If you find a mistake, email us at contact@daysbetweendays.com with the dates you entered and the result you expected.
We check every report, fix confirmed errors quickly and reply when we can. You can also reach us through our contact page.
