About these terms
The site is run by Days Between Days ("we", "us" or "our"). In these terms, "the site" means daysbetweendays.com and every page, calculator and guide on it.
Using the site

We may update, pause or remove any part of the site at any time, without notice. We aim to keep it available and accurate, but we don't promise that it will always be online or free of errors.
Intellectual property
The site's text, design, code, diagrams and logo belong to Days Between Days and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back to the source. Date arithmetic and standard spreadsheet formulas aren't ours to own, so use them freely.
Ads and links to other sites
The site shows ads served by Google and may link to other websites. We don't control those ads or sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. An ad or a link isn't an endorsement.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what information is collected when you use the site and the choices you have.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss caused by a missed deadline or a decision based on a result from the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Some places don't allow these exclusions or limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

You agree to cover any claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms, and the version on this page is the one that applies. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, together with our privacy policy and disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.
